Dr. Joseph is a great doctor; she is very knowledgeable and listens to you while prescribing the necessary medicines. The staff are likewise excellent and speak clearly when making follow-up appointments. Baptist Healthcare is an excellent network of hospitals, primary care, and specialist doctors. We highly recommend Baptist and its doctors.

There customer service is good. The only concern is when you get sick they can't give you an appointment right away. It seems they stay over booked. Which makes it hard to get an appointment unless it is months out.
