The staff was so friendly and patient with all questions/concerns. I really feel like everyone took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered thoroughly, including asking follow-up questions. It was so nice to feel like Dr. Kelly Rich was interested in my health and well-being, and really cared about resolving the reason I came in with the best and quickest possible solution.
Dr Rich is the most professional and personable doctor I have ever encountered; anywhere! She takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses each with courtesy and respect.
