The office staff is friendly, fast and remembers you from previous visits. I accompany my mom to her visits and they always treat my mom with respect and kindness. The staff explains everything to my mom and then allow us both an opportunity to ask follow up questions. All staff, from the front desk to the nurses and definitely Dr. Alvarado, are patient with my mom who has some hearing loss and sometimes likes to ramble about life. One of the best things about Dr. Alvarado and staff is their "bedside manner" which puts my mom at ease every time. I always have follow up questions and Dr. Alvarado is happy to explain conditions and treatments in more detail. Also, it should be noted that Dr. Alvarado is a fantastic medication manager. My mom and I both have a lot of prescriptions and she looks for interactions and ways to reduce dosages and eliminate meds that are no longer needed. I wish I could give the practice higher than a 10 rating. Not to be left out, my husband sees the new male doctor in the practice and really likes him. My husband also had good interactions with the front office staff and when he told them of his connection to my mom and me, they remembered us. It's an all around good practice.
