From the first call to the office to schedule an appointment as a new patient, to the check-in, the nurse's treatment while checking my vitals—everything was excellent. As a first-time patient, I felt completely at ease. Then, when the doctor came in, she treated me so well that I felt confident. She explained the treatment I was about to begin step by step. Talking to my doctor is a conversation of trust, which is the most important thing that should exist between doctor and patient—trust, because that way the patient can express what they feel without fear. I give the office a 10 out of 10.

I like how modern the office looks compared to the Lakewood office location had been previously going to. The rooms and the waiting are bigger and there is ample parking.

Also, my doctor, Kristine Santiago is by far the best doctor I have ever had. Major kudos to her. She has been my doctor for several years going back to when she was working out of the Baptist Health Lakewood location.

Dr. Santiago is such a great doctor that I plan to keep her as my primary physician after I move out of state. Her level of care is worth me traveling back to Jacksonville for my exams. The way I see it, there are good doctors and there are rock star doctors. Dr. Santiago is a rock star.

I don't remember her assistant's name but she was also very nice and professional. Overall, I can say that from here on out, that office and Dr. Santiago are my primary options for healthcare, even it it means flying all the back to Jacksonville from Las Vegas.

Dr. Santiago and her staff is unmatched anywhere in Jacksonville. Her generosity with her patients and her ability to listen to her patients is like no other doctor. Her staff cares about the patients too which is hard to come by. I will not go anywhere else for my care.
