What do you like about our office?

Clean, courteous and very professional. The receptionist then the nurse or very cordial and made me feel welcomed as a new patient. I was very impressed with Dr. Takaya Jones. She was very very nice; expert and her craft and then some. She is very knowledgeable in the medical field and Julie her for the lack of a better term bedside manner was impeccable. I felt very comfortable as a new patient. I would highly recommend her to neighbors, friends as well as family.

I was able to schedule to see the DR within hours of my calling them and I was able to see the DR within minutes of the scheduled time. It's a pleasure to have considerate people who don't keep their patients waiting for hours. They make an appointment and they keep it!

In addition, DR Takaya Jones seems to sincerely care for her patients. I couldn't ask for better!

What do you like about our office?

I appreciate the good service and effort by everyone involved with finding a solution for my health problem. The knowledgeable receptionist and various staff nurses and my incredible Doctor who's listening skill set and medical training helped bring my health problem to a good conclusion. Her selection of medical testing eliminated many legitimate concerns. This set me in the correct direction for a good outcome. I Thank all of you. I look forward to all of you, hopefully just to stop in and say hi. Should I not be well, I will know I am headed to the right place and people to be with.

I like the fact the lady in the front that greets you upon arrival is always very courteous and always has a wonderful smile. When I have to call and she answers(Laquita) she is so friendly and makes me at ease.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. VERY WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE. FRONT PERSON MS. LAQUETA HELPED ME TO FILL NEW APPLICATION FORM AND HAS GREAT PATIENCE. DOCTORS AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (MR. WATSON) ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. HE TRACKED DOWN MY PROBLEM DURING THE OFFICE VISIT EASILY (WHICH I HAD FOR SEVERAL MONTHS). I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILIES.
