Barbara Austin is great! I used her years ago at another practice and my family has been using her for 20+ years. The staff, Jennifer and Monica and others are always so friendly and helpful too! I'm so happy I switched to this practice and my husband too! I am going to see about getting more of my family members who are looking for a doctor on board...very...very...happy!

The staff is amazing! The Front desk squeezed me in and the nurse who took all my info before the doctor came in was great too! And doctor Jansen is by far one of the best doctors! Super personable, very welcoming and did not rush me!

I like the front office staff, and also the cleanliness of the facility overall. I'm a patient of Dr. Jones there, and decided to meet and have Mrs. Barbara Austin as my children's physician. She was very thorough and amazingly friendly. I feel she invests her patience and time in her patients. I am a Baptist employee, and I would highly recommend this facility as my number one choice.
