What do you like about our office?

Everyone is very helpful with answering my questions and getting me to the right person. The staff is so friendly and makes me feel relaxed and right at home.
I never feel like I am being rushed thru my appointment and that means a lot to me.

What do you like about our office?

The front office staff- Monica and Amy are great. Dr. Jones, keeps herfelf professional at all times and listens as well as lets you have an input on your own treatment or suggestion.
I do feel that the office went through an understandable struggle throughout the transitioning of physicians- HOWEVER, one thing that has ALWAYS been problematic for myself has been the referral process as well as the general attitude, lack of compassion, as well as the kurt- somewhat rude attitude of the office manager.

What do you like about our office?

Everyone was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming. From the front desk to the Nurse Practitioner Barbara, I felt beyond comfortable. They answered all of my questions and made me feel at home.

I have been a patient with this practice for 65 years. I like the staff and their friendliness. I leave a voicemail about a perscription and Rebecca always gets back to me quickly. I do feel like they do listen to me. Since Dr. Gill retired and am now developing a new relationship with Dr. Peter Jensen. I like his background and his training and experience. This is why I chose to stay with this practice. I like that he listens to me and I try to be concise and to the point as to not waist his time or mine. I drive a 60 mile round trip to go to this practice. I do not like to have to hunt for a new doctor. I am happy with the doctors in the Baptist Health system that I use and try to make sure that all of them are on the same page as to my health care. This is very important to me as my health changes in my retiree years.

Dr. Jansen is awesome! He is the most down to earth doctor that I’ve met in a long time. He takes his time and does not rush you out of the office.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I see Barbara Austin, ARNP she is wonderful! Makes you feel like you can ask her anything. I would highly recommend this practice.

Check in and out was quick and friendly. Minimal wait time. Dr. Jones took time with me to review blood work. The only issue I had was she recommended me to get a brand script. She even took the time to show me the website (awesome), however when I went to CVS to pick up, it was called in with the generic. Going to try it and then let her know if doesn’t work verses waiting another day to pick up a different one.

What do you like about our office?

Everybody is so nice and very willing to help no matter what it is. When I called to ask about a refill that I was having problems getting refilled do to the pharmacy not calling the correct office they got everything taken care off fast so I would not be without my meds.
Office is very clean also
Doctor Jansen takes time with me not in a hurry ... really wants to know how I am doing and what he can do to help and answers all my questions.
So happy I found this office and doctor.
