The delivery was made while my tank had a reasonable amount of fuel left. This takes away the worry that there will not be enough for my generator which requires a 30% minimum to run properly. I've needed it several times recently. Also I don't think it will be too long before our first "real snow" and I have a very long driveway that would need to be plowed before the delivery truck could get in. I am no longer able to clear the driveway on my own and I can't control the plow man's schedule. Please keep up the good work.

Seems silly to me that there is no coordination by the scheduling staff when delivering to others in our area… particularly delivering to one of our tanks on a given day, then delivering to our second tank shortly thereafter.
We've been a customer since 1986. While changing propane companies isn't an easy process, there really have been no compelling reasons to look elsewhere. An occasional check of competition prices shows some potential for savings with other companies, but these are not material enough to go through the pain of change.
That said, the service is always on time and the service techs are always professional. The pre-merger Eastern, which included the Nicholson family among others, was always an organization that provided support for local community organizations in the Oak Ridge / Sussex County, NJ area, including the local Boy Scout council, which, as a 50+ year member of the organization, was important for me.

I like the fact that you allow customers to purchase a way to lock in a price per gallon for a year. I also like the auto fill feature so you don’t run the tanks empty.
Your drivers are great and careful backing in our difficult driveway. We really appreciate it.
