talking with Katie about details re: my decal was very enjoyable - she knew what she was doing and even managed to make adjustments on the run so that I had a final copy to OK before we hung up
a very different experience with the website and someone in Chat? or email? who never answered my questions and just kept saying "after you order your agent will talk with you" -

your website isn't clear on how various approaches to a decal might affect the final outcome - it assumes the user knows as much about decals as you all.... which they can't!
