I uploaded my product decal as a PNG with transparency in the shape of my product. Within minutes of submitting my order on-line, I received an email with the artwork and a follow up phone call to review the details. Shortly after I’d approved it and it was sent into production.

It was very easy to figure out which products would work well, and the quick chat session was very helpful, which is indeed very rare. Usually those chatbots are worthless, but not in this case.
