The customer service was second to none!!! Andrea responded immediately to my order because SHE found some issues that would make my stickers come out in a way that she knew wouldn’t be satisfactory. I was confident an actual person was at least glancing at my banner. It was missing a couple of grommets though.
My representative was very helpful and attentive. The ordering process had me a little confused but she helped me work it out and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. She also got it shipped quickly!

When I called in for a clarification, I was able to get a rep on the phone immediately. He was friendly and efficient and quickly answered my questions. They send a handwritten note after the order was delivered to thank me. This was a tiny order and they treated us liem we were a huge client. I love that.
