Absolutely wonderful experience! Could not have been easier to upload my artwork and choose a decal. I received a phone call from Emma the same day to verify some things and right away, it felt like talking to a friend. The decals came quickly and exceeded all my expectations of quality in resolution and application. This project was for a 100 year old boat that served in WW2 so the quality was much appreciated and all the recipients were very happy. The handwritten thank you note for ten 3" decals was a nice surprise. You folks do business the way it should be done and that is rare and welcomed. Thank you, and we will absolutely use your services again, and soon.

I’ve been working with Digital Print Solutions since I restarted my custom sign business in 2015 and I always receive excellent personal care and attention at every point of the way in my digital print projects. I can’t say enough about their products and customer service and how it has helped my small business succeed here in Virginia!
The sight was easy to maneuver through.
First, the customer service. Liz was amazing. Very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. She walked me through the entire process and made sure to answer all of my questions and make recommendations based on my input. She provided options, not obstacles. The hand-written thank you card was a nice touch. And this wasn't a huge project either. If that is the kind of service that someone gets with a $130 order, imagine how they will take care of you for a much bigger project.
Second, the product. Great job. The art design team was able to quickly make adjustments and ensure that the image would be able to be printed with superior quality. Thank you so much for doing that! The decal arrived within the estimated delivery date and the quality of the decal seems like it will last.
Last, I want to personally extend my gratitude to the entire team (as this was an anniversary present for my parents) and I look forward to bringing more projects to you in the future.
