We have had our online page for LoneStar Fireworks Festival for a few years now. I always loved the opening page emblem at the top. I went searching around for a company that could help me in a production of (at this point) 2 decals. Chris helped directing the work to completion. 1) My picture was just a JPG & it needed to be more advanced than that. Done. 2) Emblem applied to a clear decal or done with vinyl? The emblem had several lines that came to a point making a vinyl decal vary difficult to make as well as applying it once complete. Clear Decal. 3) Once I received the "proof it" email it was made and shipped to my door. It came nicely wrapped about a sturdy tube to keep it from creasing. Contained inside a sealed plastic bag. Placed inside a shipping box.

Ordering from Decals.com is relatively straightforward. The site ordering system is not 100% perfect, but it is very effective. Notes added during the file upload and product selection page do not automatically transfer to the shopping cart for an item. It would be good to have some explicit imagery as to exactly what each description means for things like kiss-cut, transfer-cut and die-cut. This concept may be useful elsewhere in the FAQ and ordering system. Nevertheless, when I specified "kiss-cut," Taylor immediately made sure I knew what I was getting, and we made the adjustment to "transfer-cut" very smoothly. Overall, the interaction this time and in all of my previous orders has been terrific, and with one minor exception that was also resolved efficiently and quickly, all of my orders have been perfect. I'm a multiple repeat customer, so that should say something too. You guys rock. Thanks!

I want to let you know how pleased we are with our Christmas banners, especially with the process it took to get to the finished products. I want to thank Nick so much for his knowledgeable suggestions and painstaking effort to get them right. We were pleasantly shocked to have placed the order on Monday and receive it in hand by Wednesday without expedited shipping; the turn-around being less than 2 days. This set our minds at ease with the tight schedule we were facing.
