A real person answered my call when I had questions, and once I uploaded my artwork I always received a fast digital response. After my job was in the hopper, I then was able to track the progress. However, in the middle of my banner project, I learned my deadline was moved up but I couldn’t do anything about it since the banner process is automated right down to the shipping.
I am now waiting to see how the banner looks and is fabricated.
