They were knowledgeable in the format of the decals; process of fabricating them; limitations that the design would pose; risks regarding the style vs design in shipping/handling; and was outright one of the best support experiences I've had in this whole project. I really appreciate the swiftness of replies and the turn around time of the artist team in the proofs was very much appreciated! Could not have asked for a better experience in working through the order process and design evaluation. I look forward to the arrival of the decals and seeing the quality of their manufacturing. The price is also unbeatable, the same design of decal I had ordered from a different vendor was well over 4x the cost as decals.com. I already recommend them over others. Thank you!

You guys have always done a great job and have excellent customer service, that's why I keep coming back. Our last order was a rushed one and got held up on our end sending an updated file. With Thanksgiving weekend and people being on vacation, I had to wait till Monday to get the right file. Once I got it, sent it over and upped the delivery I was afraid it still wouldn't make it on time. Your turn around was immediate and it's already been shipped. Can't thank you enough!
