We had many options to choose from while creating our order. It was just an hour after submitting it that we received an Email from Nick telling us he was working on it and sending a "rough up" of what we had ordered. It was an unique situation that we were ordering our banner for so I called Nick the next day and explained what we needed. He was wonderful and fully understood and went ahead and made changes so that we would receive exactly what we were looking for. Our Banner arrived promptly and was better than we could have expected. Then to top it off we received a lovely Thank You card from Nick. It was a pleasure doing business with Banners.com and we will most certainly refer them to all that we know and we will return when the need arises!

Very easy to navigate. Was pleased when a representative reached out because there was a line he didn't think I wanted on the banner (he was correct) and even though I had picked to have it printed without submitting a proof, he still checked to make sure it looked correct and made sure to get my approval to remove the unwanted line.
Printing and shipping was fast.
