If was not for Chris Pothen in the customer service department I would not have been able to complete this banner. All I had was picture of our old banner and Chris helped me through the process of sending him the picture and how to get the graphics needed. I’m technically challenged and he made it seem easy. And all the while being courteous and professional.

So far great experience. Seth Glaser reached out to me right away explaining the difference between die cut and transfer cut to make sure I received what I wanted. Once I answered Seth was on it and entered my order right away. It was a pleasure working with Seth and really appreciate is communication and getting things done quickly.
