This became important because I unknowingly ordered the wrong product. She was able to go over my options with me based on my needs, adjust the order and send out a new proof without any delays. The final product turned out absolutely amazing! Service was great, never had any issues with communication. It was completed and shipped very quickly with no issues at all either! 10/10 would recommend!!!
The proof feedback and how they let me know what to expect everything to look like when I get and then they ask me to order it. They have different colors showing me the different areas of the decal and that to me is a great way of showing what is what on the decal and what I am going to have to pay attention for when applying.
