I love the customer service I received. I was contacted by my account manager to confirm receipt of the proof and go over my order. This became important because I unknowingly ordered the wrong product. She was able to go over my options with me based on my needs, adjust the order and send out a new proof without any delays. Excellent customer services.

The proof feedback and how they let me know what to expect everything to look like when I get and then they ask me to order it. They have different colors showing me the different areas of the decal and that to me is a great way of showing what is what on the decal and what I am going to have to pay attention for when applying.
