I like the final result of the banner. The online designing of it was a bit cumbersome (fonts, letter sizing, etc). The overall banner cost was reasonable but shipping was pricey! So be sure to order well ahead of time so you can avoid the cost of 5 day shipping. But, I'm happy with the final product: good quality material and the photo on the banner came out great.
The personal touch of working with an individual who could understand my needs and specifics about my order. AI and automated task takers are ok in some scenarios, but more often than not with custom things, you want to talk to a real person. That's one thing that keeps me coming back to decals.com

I have ordered from decals.com twice and have been very happy both times. The process has been consistent, extremely easy and straight forward. Within a business day of placing the order , a human representative of the company reaches out to confirm and verify that the order looks okay before sent to production. The representative was very responsive to a last minute color change I wanted to make in one of my orders . The process is overall fast.

I was so frustrated designing and creating the image I wanted, possibly from doing it on my very old computer, I was super relieved when I finished. Especially since I needed it for the upcoming weekend. I filled out all my information, and I was frustrated again when I realized I submitted an incorrect email address AFTER I sent it. I called immediately and not only did the customer service rep Michael correct my email address, he also walked me through their timing process and helped ensure I would receive my banner in time for the tournament I was ordering it for.
He then reached out again to tell me the messages had been sent to the corrected email address and he wanted to be sure I received everything. It wasn’t much work, and it didn’t take much time, but Michael really helped ease my mind that I would be getting my order when I needed it despite the fact that I waited too long to order it in the first place and messed up my own info. The expert was very easy. I had a graphic that I needed printed for my golf cart. The resolution was great, the colors spot on, and the delivery very prompt.
