Online ordering & file upload was very easy. After placing my order I was contacted by phone to verify I wanted a white border around my design which was in my file. I did. Having done graphic design & print brokering for 22 yrs. I understand submitted files are not always what they are intended to be. I appreciate the attention to detail to insure a correct print.

The customer service rep Jennifer Olson was amazing, she was incoctact with me throughout the entire process. My image was not clear enough for the size and she was patient asking questions and trying to help me get what I needed. I am extremely happy with the service and will continue to work with them in the near future.

What I liked best was that Jennifer O was thoughtful. That's it. That's what impressed me and that's what will bring me back. Unfortunately, this is the world we live in. That thoughtful customer service stands out. Big chains are losing because of this one simple thing; their customer service is pretending to be of service, and that's just not good enough anymore. Thankfully, this company doesn't appear to have this problem.
Jennifer understood what I was needing and then guided me through my ignorance of the industry, to the result that I was looking for to begin with. This IS customer service the way it should be. By someone that knows what they are doing. By the way, she did this by being knowledgeable while being able to communicate clearly. I hope you pay her well, because business owners like me are always looking for good people. Very impressed with my first encounter here. You will get my business until you lose it, but great start.
