The banner came in better than expected. The color purple we chose was a much better purple than the purple pictured on your website. We ordered a 3' x 3' shiny purple with white lettering and it looks fantastic outside our building! It's a very good and sturdy vinyl. Everything about the banner was perfect. If I need another banner in the future, it will be from y'all.

Customer service and the production team were very accommodating. I had a last minute change to my banner AFTER placing the order, but they were able to put the order on hold for a week until I could get things sorted out on my end and provide new artwork. I received personal attention, and I always appreciate the fine workmanship of the products I order. (FYI, the banner I was replacing with this order lasted 9 years outside through all manner of weather conditions!) Thank you banners.com!
