David actually called me to discuss the design which was great as I'm not very high tech on-line.
It was way more personal than the usual on-line ordering process. I liked the way you could easily request changes once you saw the proof. They were willing to continue changing the design until I was really happy with it. They even used AI to improve resolution on my logo that was lacking. Super pleased with the results!
