Very nicely done. The whole process was very professional. The install guys were great. Left my home clean as when they arrived.
Stephanie came in and explained everything. My kitchen is galley style and small, so that posed no challenges. My main bathroom and my master bathroom were a different story. Jeff came to measure and showed me what was entailed in the process. The date was set and Tony and John came for the first part of the installation. They were later joined by Jason to tackle my corner mounted sink in the master bath. My walls weren't square, which added to the challenges. They arrived at 10:30am and were finished, cleaned up and gone by 4:00pm. I had an issue with a bathroom shelf. I took pictures of it, another date was set to do the repair for the piece. That will be done later this month. Service after the sale is essential. My only issue is the price. I feel that the material should be at least 20% less considering that only the very top skin is granite. It looks great, any time I had a question, follow though was almost immediate. I was nervous about this going in because I don't know anyone else who had it done. I'm very pleased with the results.

The service was great. After we inspected the counter top, we discovered something not quite right. I called them and they were back the next morning to fix it.

However, it is the timely and professional service that stands out the most. All phases of the work, from the initial meeting to estimate the job through the installation are carried out efficiently and on the times agreed upon. Care is taken to protect the surroundings and clean up is thorough.

The installer Carlos was very skilled, accurate, prompt and professional from start to finish. I could not find a flaw in either the countertop or the backsplash installation. His helper Romeo was also very good.
The process is so simple in comparison to having the old counter ripped out and the mess it creates and time it takes. And the end result is beautiful. The install took only one day.

I like the warranty, the quality and the professional sales and installation people. Your office staff was able to respond to questions related to the charges, particularly to explain the template process. I've used them before and will more than likely use them again.

Even more impressive is the team of people I encountered at each step of the process.
