Mike Eudy was very prompt and even got here a little earlier than scheduled. We have ordered propane but it has not been delivered yet.
I like that I can go to your website and on my page to see if we have a balance or a credit. It's not easy for me to get someone by phone now.
Efficient
The gentleman who delivered our propane was very efficient and patiently explained the billing process to me. I had a leak test done prior to product delivery and he provided me with the bill for fuel and an envelope pre-addressed for payment. Convenient! He told me that the leak test bill would arrive separately.

I am glad the driver talked nice to me because it calmed down from being bothered that there was no call prior to coming, and the delivery was made on Monday when they told me it would be on Tuesday! However the driver was very nice and informative about their process!
