This is for your parent co. Don't charge a $75 dollar fee for a emergency. I'm a new customer. Neighbors don't charge each other for help. Small town businesses wouldn't do that. The good old days!

Tom Moxley the survey site Guru was very professional, and answered questions about the site Position when the tank position was over a Irrigation line and needed to be re-positioned . The Sub Contractors were courteous and knowledgeable of the required installation. Tested the system out before they left and found the Tank cap that blew off on the trip to the installation site. Even the LP tanker driver was very friendly and courteous.

We found the inquiries we made with the office personnel to be very comfortable, informative, and professional. Each step in the process to refill our tank was without stress and on schedule.
The relationship developed with the team and the timely services provided. My only issue is that I’m still waiting for assistance on connecting via WiFi to the monitoring device installed 6 months ago. Please have some call me on this.
