As a new propane customer, Coastal was there when we needed them--going well above the call of duty. Coastal Energy seemed eager to provide us with amazing customer service and earn our business, while other propane companies seemed to be placing barriers between their customers needing service. Our problem was the tank was empty. The lady on the line arranged for a gas delivery that same day. She saved us from many days without a stove even though the area was only due for deliveries several days from then. The problem was caused by the last delivery being in 2017 and we bought the house in June 2018. We appreciate her extra effort.
I called for service on a weekday and received my delivery the next morning.
