Love it - I like how you’ve diffusers in every room with some really nice essential oils, it really helps calm the mind & slow down. Hope you guys continue this. Id love some more Pilates classes maybe in the evenings on Friday, Sat or Sunday!
It was my first time in studio and it is absolutely beautiful. I came to the masterclass of Rohan Hennessy and it was just absolutely wonderful. Little Oasis in the middle of a buisy life.

The instructors are so good. They really help to further my practise with clear explanation and great visualisation techniques for poses. I find Shane and Nickys classes especially informative but I'm sure all instructors are the same!

I love the fact that there is a variety of classes to choose from and amazing yoga teachers! Classes are a bit too busy from time to time
The workshop was really good ,I did not have any doubt considering how experienced is Rohan Hennessy .
The studio space is really peaceful and the air conditioning system and lights seemed to be much better than in Candem!
