Really enjoy Romans reformer pilates class - tough but worth it!!
No two classes are the same - lots of variety in the exercises. Maire always gives adaptations for different levels so you can tailor class. Always feel like you have had a good workout.

All the teachers are excellent. However, for me, my favourite is Maider. She usually delivers the 4pm Flow class on Saturdays. She mentioned today that she won't be in this slot moving forward. I'm a little disappointed, but I'll adapt. First name removed

Really great classes and premises
Great pilates classes and teachers especially Oksana and Maider. Nice atmosphere. Would recommend fewer people allowed in each class to give enough space to do all the moves. Overall great
Great set up. Always on time and a great way to start the day. The shower facilities in the building are great. I tend not to go on weekend mornings only because I find Roman doesn't match pace with breathing at all and very little focus on how to engage core etc
