Excellent classes
Nice atmosphere
I like that there are a lot of yoga classes to choose from depending on my availability as I work on different shifts. The peopel at ghe reception are very helpful and kind. The teachers gives us different options depending on which level we are in our practice.

Very convenient to book classes, teachers are great, nice room for classes, pleasant music during practice.
But naked men are not a nice thing to see during practice. Maybe it’s OK for you, but for me was very unpleasant (14 oct, class at 10:45)

Amazing classes
I've been going almost for 2years and still I really like the Pilates reformer class with Ronan and Maire. Those classes are part of my life's routine now and it is very important to me.
Just wish I can have more options like other date in a week for thier class. Or if there are more like middle upper or advanced class would be nice too.
