I was satisfied with the job, except the cleanup was not thorough as one tube fell & insulation was blown all over the room and entry way, plus outside in the courtyard as bags were removed.

Came promptly, with assistance of our insurance adjuster, to dry out the effect of a roof leak
We called ServiceMaster Cleaning by Roth because we had water damage to our property in Birch Bay in the middle of the cold and snowy weather in January. We were delighted to hear that they could get right out to our property and inspect the damage. As soon as they inspected the property, they put a plan together and communicated it to my wife and I as well as our insurance company. ServiceMaster kept us informed as the project moved along. We are three hundred miles away from the property and were not there to see the damage so having a company that kept us informed at every step of the way made us feel at ease and real professionals were managing this water damage. I would highly recommend this ServiceMaster for any type of property damage restoration. A huge thank you to Amber, Nate, Rich, Garrett, and Rob and everyone else who helped us during the stressful event. Your team is very IMPRESSIVE!
