I felt that Andres and his team were very professional, repectfull and punctual. Very pleased with how they cleaned up everything they tore out. I would definitely recommend Service Master. They need to invent a silent fan. Ha Ha

There was only one problem that I came across. When the person that moved my refrigerator didn't check to make sure my freezer was closed. When I saw that it was slightly open I said something.

My crew, Manny and Jorge, have been absolutely terrific! Courteous, efficient, and helpful. Both are extremely hard workers and accomplished their tasks in a timely manner. They were very careful handling my personnel possessions and furnishings as they dealt with the water damage throughout my home. Manny clearly explained the entire process and thoroughly answered all my questions. I was delighted that ServiceMaster coordinated a team of other restoration services including a packing crew and storage facility for all the furniture and personal belongings that had to been removed. The Furniture Medic and CRDN teams that came in to remove other water damaged items (furniture and fabric items) for cleaning and restoration were also very professional, friendly, and efficient.

Although this was a traumatic experience, the response from ServiceMaster has been great! I'm very grateful the Farmer's Insurance has partnered with your company for these situations and I'm very pleased that Manny and Jorge will be guiding me through the rest of the process!
