I loved how inviting the waiting area was. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and I appreciate how pictures are taken of parts and communication is kept through out the whole service appt.

Very honest very friendly very accommodating

The biggest thing was they listened to me. They did a ride along with me so I could point out the exact noise that I was hearing while it was making that noise. They were awesome and honest and I really like the fact that they show me pictures of what they are saying needs to be redone or replaced. One of the other big things that I appreciated was them asking what my intention was with the vehicle. Instead of trying to talk me into a massive fix, they gave me an honest answer about the amount of work that would have to go into my vehicle, and they knew I was considering getting a different one instead if too much work needed to be done. So instead of manipulating me into getting work done that they knew I wasn't 100% set on anyway they were just honest with what was wrong and gave me the opportunity to decide for myself. Definitely will go back.

I was going to Chicago on a Tuesday and on Friday before my emission light came on, I called and they had me bring in for a check, they then were kind enough to get me an appointment for that Monday before I left and ran a systems check and fixed the problem. I feel like I can always trust them and they are very courteous.

Christian Brothers Automative always provides quality service! I find this shop to be very efficient. Your automative shop diagnosed an issue I had in the past that the dealership was unable to diagnose. I give you a thumbs up for service. I would highly recommend them for the outstanding service they provide. Let me mention Seth who is one of the best service technician/ supervisors ‘. The entire staff has been extremely personal and professional. This is the only automative shop that I will take my vehicle to for any type of service.

Respectful and caring staff. Looked at my vehicle on short notice and provided a quote quickly when other places told me it would be 2-4 weeks before they could look at it. CBA looked at it the next day.
