Excellent customer service in home and over the internet. Very prompt responses to my initial inquiry and helpful suggestions. Susan did not make me feel that my job was "too small" for her attention, even though I lived out of Springfield.
Every time I have contacted Susan regarding window treatments, I've usually had no ideas regarding the style, color or type of fabric even after looking in books, catalogs or magazines. She has always been able to help me figure it all out within our one appointment time and I've yet to be disappointed. They have always come in when expected, ready to be installed by their professional installers, and always look beautiful!

I like the window treatments a lot. They are exactly what I wanted. However, the customer service relating to problems is what impressed me the most. Susan's word is her bond--that is the "old-fashioned" way of doing business which is sorely missed in today's world.
