Classes at 8 on weekdays....to alleviate the overcrowding in your 9:30 weekday

I love the location in the heart of Kits. The retail space and lounge area is very welcoming and cozy and makes me want to spend time there (even after work ;))
Staff and Instructors are friendly..my only comment would be the noise of the heating system.

wondering about the tiles in the back and the moisture off the windows I have seen , Looks like a bit of mold starting . Would be best to bring in a ventilation specialist see what can be done.

Beautiful views and location
the class was pretty crowded and there wasn't enough props for the class. I usually go to the other location so was expecting a similar experience.
Classes are way too full, I felt like a sardine in there. I think there should be a cap on classes so it can be some what comfortable to practice. It’s so chaotic.
