Clean relaxing environment and the staff are all so very friendly and kind. It's very helpful that the Yoga schedule is planned ahead and who the instructor is. I love the diffuser that is used in the studio, creates a very calm and cozy space and helps to set your mind to focus. All the yoga instructors are very friendly and supportive, full of energy and knowledge.

Carpeted floor isn't hygienic and doesn't get vacuumed between classes.its a trap for sweat and build up for people with respiratory issues.
Design of the room is cool. And the quality mats and props were great. Shame you cheated out and bought IKEA blankets! They aren't large enough for savasana but more than that they are useless as a prop, they have no support function.
The trainees waiting to enter the room need to learn about yogic philosophy & be patient while people return their props and clean mats. Two were quite impatient with me and makes me not wanna be a part of semperviva community if that's something you support in your training, inflAting the ego?!
Wish there were more classes in the afternoon but love it :)

Beautiful studio and welcoming class
I love the yin yoga at the sun studio. My body and mind both feel relaxed and rejuvenated after each class.
The room could benefit from some fresh air during the session.
Offer a seniors' discount.
Love Semperviva. Sun studio is cozy. In the spring and summer it needs more bug traps.

The free mat service is great, it makes it really easy to get to yoga. The atmosphere is also nice an welcoming.

Only complaint/negative is that between classes, it can be hectic as the exiting and incoming groups try to make their way in and out.

Variety of classes, locations, and times throughout the day. New carpet at sea location! Props available and way to clean mats between users. Front desk staff are very helpful. Option to put membership on hold when away on vacation. This is very important to me.

Excellent instructors, friendly, helpful staff, great choice of classes types and times. Semperviva has a family feel to it.

Cozy, well equipped and clean space. Only downside parking but you can’t control that. Luckily I did find a spot and made my class on time.
