Instructors. Wonderful classes. Cleanliness. Front desk staff. Everything!
Great instructors with lots of experience and a true sense of what the practice of yoga really means. Most instructors are "personality plus." I can tell that it's not just a job but they feel they are contributing to the practice. Clean facilities and good variety of classes available on all days of the week.
Friendly staff and patrons. It's a very nice vibe.
Love the variety of the Kundalini instructors - each bringing their own style and unique practice - love too the mix of male and female instructors for Kundalini - just a fantastic group - love love love Kundalini classes and the occasional Yin with Bernie or Diana!!!!

It is nice to be able to go to different locations and find the same openness and friendliness in the staff. The facilities are sufficient but not overdone and always spotlessly clean. And the classes are really great.

I love the different locations of studios. i always have options for where i can practise. I love the veriety of teachers you have.
studio access is a little congested as students leaving their session try to exit through the eager beavers trying to get in to secure their spot for the next session. Not sure how you solve that one!
GREAT TEACHERS, GREAT VIEW
I really enjoyed my class there, however I can't come back to this studio. I have a severe dust allergy and having carpets in the studio made it too dusty for me. I felt a bit sick after class.
I find the entire experience stress free (which is the point of yoga in my opinion).
The community and the variety of yoga styles and teachers
I love the selection of classes and the variety of instructors. I would love if there was a more affordable option for students. Financially, I don't think I will be able to afford to attend the studio much longer.
Studio was too hot for prenatal yoga, reusing the mats is gross.

The yoga facilities seem run down and dirty and the bathrooms being located in the yoga room is quite an inconvenience. Not to mention there is only one washroom at the studios I've practiced at. The teachers, classes and employees are great though!
There is no student discount .
I was not disappointed. I just generally don't recommend things to other people unless prompted. If I am asked for a recommendation I would recommend your studio. But I suspect the likelihood of someone asking for my recommendation is low, probably a 5/10 chance.

The classes start on time. I also am quite happy with some if the teachers: Diana, Zoe, and Penelope are a few of my favorites.
