Please get better Vinyasa Power Flow teachers on the schedule for after-work classes during the week. Mike on Monday is great, Aili on Tuesday at 7.30pm is great (though I would prefer the 5.45pm time slot), Aili on Wednesday is great, but the Thursday and Friday classes are not worth going to I have decided. Some of the newer teachers, along with all the subs, teach a very relaxed hatha-esque style that isn't as enjoyable as for example, Aili's classes. Many other regulars that I have spoken to seem to share this sentiment. More of a fast-paced, intense class would be much appreciated.

Love the space, very welcoming
The staff and teachers are always great, but of the 4 studios the sun studio is my least favourite. I find it crowded and a bit dingy.

Reduce noise coming off Broadway with sound-diffusing blocks; can consult for appropriate materials/installation.

I felt the studio was more of a store than anything else.
The staff is very nice but the facility felt too much like I was there to buy something. The co-ed change rooms and lack of locker are also a turn off. It just feels like a few things are an after thought - Store first and studio secondary.
Not much, this was just my first place and have no frame of reference. It seems very good, I just need to see whether the times you offer and at the specified prices, whether this is something I want to commit to long term. But it was great!

I love the Sea Studio I have been attending, it is very beautiful.
The teachers have all been good so far and I like that they all have their own routines which changes things up each time.
Great location, very central for me, good parking, fabulous views, great instructors, a schedule that works well for me, nice to be able to open the doors and have FRESH air (unlike some of the other studios), friendly and helpful desk staff, delicious tea (except some staff don't bother to make it - why not?)
