The service every time I go in is great. Very friendly customer service and they keep you informed on any work they are doing right before they do it, so you know what's going on at all times. I really enjoy going to this Lube X-press, other than it being close but they are just a good place to get services done on you car.

Timeliness. I would just like to know the oil options and choose myself instead of the employees picking it for me. While I am ok with hearing their recommendations it would be nice for them to provide you the options that one has for their vehicle.
