Honestly, I really like the customer service that was provided. The whole team very very friendly and courteous. Offered me water and even went above and beyond. I was stuck waiting behind on a vehicle for the registration with no shade. They asked if i wanted to drive into one of the empty bays they had to get out of the sun. I was very greatful. All in all it was a great experience because now a days you dont see that level of customer service anymore.

Always friendly. Give you suggestions of what vehicle needs but not pushing you to have extra work done.In and out in 20 minutes, you don't get out of vehicle, they give you bottled water and an air freshener. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Ohhhh and there was an on line coupon they honored.
Everyone at the Horizon City, Texas location were exceptional. Chris and his staff took time to explain everything they were doing in detail. They made us feel very comfortable by offering us water and their facilities air conditioning unit to keep us cool while waiting in our vehicle. Huge thumbs up to them!
I had manager Alyssa, and Julian her lube tech. They did an awesome job on informing me some issues with my car and potential saved me hundreds of dollars in future repairs. They went ahead and did my oil change. I was in and out without any hiccups. Thanks guys!

The staff is great! Desiree was my advisor and she went above and beyond. She answered all my questions, gave me great advice, and helped me replace my headlight. Although there were three customers agead of me, I did not wait near as long as I usually would wait at other places. I will definitely come back to them.
