Service was amazing!! Staff members were extremely polite and friendly l. Even though I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, I was greeted with courtesy and nothing but positivity from staff. When I apologized, both gentlemen reassured that I was not an inconvenience and even if I had arrived right at closing time, they’d be happy to help. Temperatures have been above 105 all week long and in spite of this, they maintained a highly professional and positive attitude!! Please extend a compliment the to your two employees on duty yesterday at the Rich Berm location in El Paso, TX.
