The technician was very helpful and professional took the time to explain everything to me the product even though I have it put into my car. I still don’t know much about it, but the service is awesome.
It is a new place that I am trying so far. I’ve been there three times I like it a lot. Don’t see any issues. Everybody is polite and doing what they supposed to be doing while we’re waiting in our car. They offer us water. That is a very excellent thing. They while I am waiting. They do all my services that I get done in my car. That is very good and helpful.

I was very impressed by the employees. They were VERY friendly, professional, informative, patient and kind, EXCELLENT customerservice. The prices were also good. I had been going to Pep Boys for over 30 years; now I will be coming back to Lube Xpress going forward. I used the location at 8131 North Loop, El Paso, Texas.
The employees are friendly, efficient and fast. They give you the options suggested but are not pushy.
Matthew and the rest of the team were very informative. Extremely kind and to top it off I was done in about 15 mins for oil change. Highly recommend
