The three Tech/service associates that helped me were very kind and helpful. They answered any questions I had and further explained to me anything I didn't fully understand. I wish I had taken down their names so I could thank them personally here! They might remember me as I told them I was having this oil change/general inspection done because I was going on a road trip to Albuquerque. They were kind, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.
