The customer service was excellent. I liked how they call out when a task is completed and acknowledged by a supervisor. I was offered a bottle of water just for waiting. My oil change and inspection took about 20 minutes. I will definitely go back for my next scheduled oil change.
The staff are very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Samuel Ley, customer advisor was kind enough to remind me of available coupons good towards my service. He went over items that needed to be serviced and how often they should be done. This Lube X-press is my go- to favorite. Thank you.
