I was greeted in the parking lot with a water bottle by Jacob Rodriguez. He offered me the option of going into the waiting room or waiting in my vehicle while he did the state inspection. He was very friendly and got the job done in a quick and easy manner. The entire process was great! Thank you Jacob!
