I have been a customer since 1980’s. Gas inc. has been like family. They have worked with me on payments, special request in closing my driveway gate. They have been on time with gas delivery when I was running low. They are very reliable.

I am able to have a delivery very soon after I call. I hope the computer programs for billing between Gas Inc. and Superior get on the same page so I stop getting multiple bills. The program from Superior to order online is totally inaccurate and looks like a scam to keep $ from customers in their own account instead of the customers!
The local people are courteous, easy to work with, and deliver when they say they will be there. If there is ever an issue they will do whatever it takes to make it right.
