You are very prompt and I love your service.
Propane is propane, and I don't really know the difference, however your local customer service is simply the best. I am always left with the impression that your people really do care about your customers--even annoying worriers like myself. I can't think of any reason that I would willingly change providers, and, BTW, our tank monitor is the greatest thing since sliced bread!
I like the fact that I can call and get gas delivered within a few days.
Your service person, Franky, is great. He helped us figure out the problem with the pressure connecting our new tank to the lines at our church. He spent plenty of time and methodically worked through the situation. He was able to hook up the tank, and we had a warm, comfortable church on Sunday.
I believe we are going to be very happy with Superior providing out propane service.

We like the remote monitoring of propane levels in our tank. We appreciate the text notification of delivery and amount of gallons delivered. We would appreciate it if you included the amount owed $ pricing. Also, our delivery person always leaves the slip at a back side door We never use. We would rather him leave it at our front door. If not for the text we would never know it was delivered.
Employee's are always very friendly and are quick to service our tanks.
The employees are very polite and at times have gone over & beyond. My gas is delivered very regularly and I’ve never had a problem getting help from everybody I have been associated with.
