I have been using this company for the past 4 years. I retired and moved into my home which uses propane. Never having worked with propane tank usage before, Ms. Denise spent quite a bit of time with us and did a wonderful job. So, now I always ask for her when ordering. My recent conversation with Lisa and Mr. Roberts is the prime example to anyone teaching orientation classes. They were patient, listened well, took the time to explain and answer questions. We signed up as a new customer, and since we own the tank on our property it had to be inspected first. The guy who performed the inspection was very friendly and helpful. Then we ordered propane and it was delivered in an expedited manner. We are very pleased with Gas Inc's customer service.
