I think they are very comprehensive. For new families, there are a lot of activities they can participate in which is great. I'm really impressed with the ease of access to said programs and activities and how much there is on offer.

Availablility of Pickel Ball .. group intermingles well.. with good players & learners love the Yoga & group Cenuarys?? not sure of spelling ☺️. Like the walking track & weights & tread mill ..

Everything!!!! The staff is welcoming, cheerful and full of life. I love the facility. So brightened clean.Thanks for being there for us and for me. Had a heart attack a year ago and I credit your facility with keeping me so motivated to be healthy.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the variety of classes offered and when I first moved to London, it was a good way to meet new people and make long-lasting friendships. During the early pandemic shutdown, I really appreciated the way the Y stepped up to provide options to find exercise activities thru the online Mossa programs. And now I love the Y@Home classes for the times I wasn't comfortable to participate in actual classes at my local Y.
I'm sure these options have helped a lot of members continue to be healthy in mind and body.
