I like that you have so many hours of lane swims and that in general it is not too crowded. I like that you have lockers for keeping items safe and that the locks are built in. In the winter, they are a bit crowded & one’s boots in there can make everything at risk of getting wet. The pickleball is good though I wish there was a weekend slot b/c it’s hard to get others like me who work, to go during the morning times weekdays. The staff do a nice job generally of keeping the change rooms clean - outside of the super busy times. One suggestion is to have more shelves in the shower area … i know there’s a hook for towel and small shelf inside, but if you come out of pool and have cap, goggles, towel, key, glasses etc - there’s nowhere to put them and floor is wet. Just a thought. Also can the bathing suit dryer thing be repaired soon? This is an item that creates more mess in the changing area b/c everyone’s got their dripping wet bathing suit there.
Staff are really nice and helpful. When i used to use the gym upstairs that was also clean and great equipment.

We love the number of different classes you offer for every age and fitness needs. Love the walking tracks, aqua fit classes and all the fitness equipments in a very spacious environment.

I participate in aqua fit program. Really enjoy the instructor, the format of the exercises, the pool area is very clean and a life guard always by the side if the pool. It’s a great facility.

I am able to work out while my 3 children are in child minding. Without child minding I wouldn't be able to get a workout in which is my favourite form of self care. My girls love going and the staff are so attentive
All the YMCA staff are very kind, supportive, and always ready to help. Their positive attitude creates a friendly and comfortable environment for everyone.

I like the location of the building that it’s easy to walk to. The equipment is evenly spaced out and there’s a lot of machines to use. The building is clean and the staff are friendly.
Everything about the YMCA programs has been excellent — great staff, fun activities, and a welcoming community.
Besides, the YMCA does a wonderful job creating a positive environment for all ages. The programs are well organized and enjoyable, both fun and beneficial, physically and socially.
Very disappointed you didn’t get the showers in the co-ed change room fixed. There hasn’t been any hot water since September. I’ve mentioned it on a previous surveys and at least three times at the main desk. Thought for sure you’d fix them during the shut down but still nothing. You have a sign on the wall asking everyone to have a warm shower with soap before entering the pool but who is going to want to do that when the water is freezing cold.
