I truly love pickleball and the volunteers/leaders are fantastic. I am a beginner and they have made me feel so welcomed and are super teachers. So much fun, that I encouraged a friend to play and she has joined the Y as well.

YMCA is a lifesaving to new immigrants especially. I wouldn’t make this far without YMAP programs and YCAN sessions. Lifestyle is made easier with the help that we get at Y plus gyms! I would say that there’s everything for new immigrant who wants to make friends and start their their life in London Ontario

I love the YMCA. I love the inclusiveness of the staff and the values that the Y promotes towards its' members. I am looking forward to playing pickelball and I love the pool and workout area. I like the fact that the gym has varies activities going on as well. I may even get back into squash.
Big fan of the YMCA as a gym. Really appreciate that there is good quality workout equipment and plenty of stations (e.g. squat racks, etc.) for when it gets busy.

I like that we don't need to keep reregistering our kids each session and that the lesson time remains the same throughout the year.
The people are friendly, the programs are very well run, and the equipment is well maintained. There's a great sense of balance at the Centre Branch Y.

Pool and Steam room access..
I can work independently on the machines without pressure and at my own pace. I am not judged by my weight like I am at private gyms. I am treated with respect and kindness by the staff despite my weight and health issues. I did not leave crying like I did at another place. Thank you for making me feel safe to exercise and try to get healthier without judgement. Thank you to the kind staff who welcomed me when I signed up.
