How organized the process is for scheduling.
Melanie goes above and beyond caring when cutting my hair. She has always very careful and meticulously cuts and styles it to make it how I want and need it to be. She has a great eye and makes changes and adjustments as needed. I trust her 100% in what she does. She takes care of the small details like trimming my eyebrows and making sure that there are no stray hairs anywhere. She’s fun to talk to. She is a true professional and I am glad that she is at the salon.

“Mikki J,” and all of the employees, at the Hayden, ID, Sport Clips are fantastic. I book Mikki when she’s available and she always gives me the perfect haircut that lasts. I usually go in for a free neck trim in between haircuts to stay sharp. This is my go to place for my grooming needs and I am never disappointed! I buy hair products here too and they are top notch. I really enjoy watching the current sporting events on the T.V.’s placed all around the store. I have never been uncomfortable getting my haircut here and would recommend to anyone.

My hair was cut to my satisfaction, which isn't easy. I needed a 'trim' to be prepared for an important meeting in 2 days. Often, when I ask for a 'trim' (just 'clean up') I still get a routine haircut and my hair is too short. Sue cut it to exactly the length I wanted. Also, I didn't have an appointment, but walked in and was in the 'chair' within 10 minutes.
