Not sure about the sign in system. If you select a hair stylist, it seems like you have to wait longer than if you selected first available. Maybe we are just doing something wrong. Does the hair stylist have to take first available over someone who selected her, but might be on the list 10 minutes later? Doesn't seem quite right.

I brought my 11-year-old grandson in for a haircut. Susan patiently listened to him as he was very particular about what he wanted. It was the first haircut he got where he was happy with it, and felt listened to.

My hair specialist was great. She took the time to do it right. She honored my service to our nation with a veterans discount. The price was extremely fair and generous compared to other places. I want to say to anyone reading this, there is NO better place to get your hair needs taken care of. This is not only from my personal experience there. But from a person, (me) who has lived almost 3/4 of a century.
I got my hair cut by Moon at the Ironwood store in Coeur d’Alene. The haircut took a lot longer than they normally do and at first I was frustrated with how long it was taking. But my wife saw it and said it’s the best fade I’ve ever had. I appreciate that she took her time and wanted to really make me look as good as possible!

Ive had dozens of haircuts at sport clips, the lady that cut my hair yesterday was phenomenal. Sam I believe was her name, friendly, professional and provided a great cut.
