Keenen did a great job. He read the notes on what I wanted historically then listened to what I wanted specifically, (e.g. watch the cowlick, leave enough weight in certain areas to achieve the styling, etc.) then did a great job with the cut and MVP and remembered the veteran discount.

My usual haircut became a hight and tight and the left side was a little higher than the right on the hairline. It’s okay we all have bad hairs days! I waited 188 minutes for a haircut. I think people should stop accessing it from online.
The service and overall quality is generally really good here. I've only had one, maybe two, occurrences where the haircut/service didn't meet my expectations. The woman that cut my hair yesterday did a great job making sure everything was even, took extra time around my ears and neckline, and genuinely cared about the end result.

I had never been to a Sport Clips before. When I came inside, Janelle greeted me and walked me though the computer system, which was new to me. When I came back after the waiting period, she was my stylist. Janelle was friendly and personable. She took the time to understand my preferences and did a great job. I did not expect to enjoy the shampoo and hot towel treatment, but I was surprised. It was very nice. I appreciated being offered a discount for retired military. Overall, it was a very good experience. I will be back.

It is easy to be seen and get a quality hair cut for a very reasonable price. The staff is very good at reading your mood. Some days I'm talkative and others I just want to watch the TV. Today was one of those later days. The gal who helped me just let me be in silence, and I appreciate that immensely
I have the best stylist, Claudia. She cuts my hair exactly the way I like it. She's kind, engaging and respectful! I love the MVP, the hot towels, massage and watching sports while my hair gets cut. Honestly, Claudia is what keeps me coming to Sports Clips. She is a role model for other stylists to follow!
What I enjoy most about this location is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. As a neighbor, I’ve had the pleasure of getting my haircut from different hairdressers, and each one has done an exceptional job. Despite the busyness, they handle it with remarkable ease.
