Staff members are very kind and friendly, I always get an amazing haircut and they always make sure it's perfect every two weeks when I come to the store! At this point they know my haircut better then I do and I love how they always remember how I like my hair cut!
I can get on the waiting list online and not have to wait in the store to get a haircut.
ALL of the stylists are fantastic with kids and adults alike. Very competent, polite, timely, precise and professional with a little whimsy and good humor thrown in as well. I will always recommend this specific location to any and all ❤️

Really all the services and products are good, the app and check in process is smooth but really its the staff. Samantha V has cut my hair at the CDA, ID location for the past four or so visits and she is phenomenal. Personable, skilled and knowledgeable, she needs to be a corporate trainer or something similar.

Services are great. Friendly staff. The **problem is your app: It works okay to get into the general lineup - but lord help you if you request a specific stylist.
Yes, notifications are turned on. Yes, gps is turned on even when app is off. Yes, I am arriving early well before appointment.
List of events that generally occur: 1. You're on deck and stylist will be ready in 20 minutes. 2. Your check-in time is now 45 minutes. 3. Get here early! Your check-in time is now 1 hour 5 minutes. 4. Your stylist will be ready in 1 hour 30 minutes. Check in early!
This happened again yesterday. Talked to the front desk person and she said people had been complaining about this. A lady seated behind me approached and said she experiences the same thing and it drives her crazy. Your scheduling algo needs work. If I schedule a time for a haircut and SportsClips pushes me off schedule by more than an hour consistently, I have very little incentive to return. Too many other choices.

Saw Karen. Amazing service and very friendly and “small business” feel, even though you are a chain. Karen was extremely professional and attentive. The best haircut I feel I have had a in a long time. The free MVP for the first time was also a nice surprise. Karen really was focused and interest in styling and this made all the difference to me. She was also very intuitive with how I wanted to have my haircut and very engaging and friendly. Wonderful visit and made my day.

Maizee and Kayla did fantastic work for me getting my hair to a great place and providing incredible MVP experiences. The conversation was easy. The haircuts had attention to detail with proper care and check-ins. They were kind and classy. My experience with Trina was lackluster, so I would recommend other stylists, but they run a good shop overall.
I brought in my father who has dementia and they went above and beyond to make things work for his needs and helped calm his anxiety. Very thankful for their care!

Christine has cut my hair several times and I love how it turns out each time. She constantly checks with me to make sure I am in agreement with what she is doing with the styling. Very professional when working with her clients.

Christine has always taken care of my teen son...we all know how teens can be and by the time we leave, she usually has him almost cracking a grin.
The app is great. I can check to see if Mikki is working that day. Make an appt. when she starts. I leave my house about 20 minutes before the appt. Usually works well. I got there yesterday and checked in. the board read about 10 minutes. I noticed that mikki had just put a customer in her chair. So the board was wrong, it read 4 minutes but my wait was about 15 minutes. Not a big deal. other than that my haircut was excellent...as usual.
